What to tell us
- The property: type, location, and what it is doing today
- What the money is for, whether that is an acquisition, a refinance, a partnership buyout, or construction
- How much you need and by when
- Any debt already on the property and what it takes to pay it off
If you do not have all of it yet, send what you have. We would rather start the conversation than wait for a complete file.
What happens next
A member of our lending team reads it, not a broker and not an automated scoring system. We are privately capitalized, so the credit decision is ours to make. We typically issue a Letter of Intent within 24-48 hours of receiving a loan request, and our deals close in 2-4 weeks.
