Accessibility - Our commitment to an accessible website
First Financial Capital wants everyone to be able to use this site, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.
Standard we work to
We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard most widely used to measure website accessibility.
How we keep the site accessible
Automated accessibility tests run against this site before every change is published, and again every week against the live site. Automated testing cannot catch everything, so we also carry out a manual review each quarter that includes keyboard-only navigation and screen reader checks.
Known limitations
We are actively working through a recorded list of known issues. Some older funded-loan images do not yet have descriptive alternative text, and we are adding it.

If any part of this site is difficult for you to use, please tell us. Email accessibility@firstfincap.com and describe the page and what went wrong. We aim to respond within five business days, and we will work with you to give you the information you need in another format while we fix the underlying problem.
